Terms of Use & Sale
Agreement and eligibility
Effective August 24, 2026
These Terms govern your use of www.manifestcalmly.com and direct purchases from Manifest Calmly. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to them. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, and provide accurate checkout information. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a direct edition.
Digital products, license, and third parties
Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change before purchase. A direct purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the supplied files; you may not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, or publicly share them. Delivery and refund rules are stated in the Digital Delivery & Refunds Policy. Purchases through Amazon, Lulu, Patreon, or another platform are governed by that platform’s terms, payment, and refund rules.
Manifest Calmly, its name, branding, original site copy, book content, downloads, and companion materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for lawful personal purposes and may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, impersonate another person, or misuse forms or member features. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, or our rights.
This site and its products are provided for general personal-development and educational purposes. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and do not replace professional care, emergency action, or real deadlines. Other people retain their autonomy. Results are not guaranteed, and manifestation is not a betting strategy. Third-party links are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites.
Disclaimers, limits, and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and digital products are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or specific results. Manifest Calmly and C. C. Gerard are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from site use or digital products; liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected. California law governs these Terms, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. We may update these Terms prospectively; the effective date above will change. Questions may be sent through the Contact page.
