The $9.99 direct edition includes one ZIP file containing the EPUB edition of You Didn’t Lose It, a 10-page fillable Calm Rebuild Starter Kit PDF, and a device-access guide. Delivery is normally available immediately on the checkout confirmation page and in the order email. Check spam or junk folders, download promptly, and keep a backup. EPUB files require a compatible reading app; fillable PDF features work best in Adobe Acrobat or another form-supporting PDF app.
When refunds are available
Because digital files cannot be returned, direct sales are final once a download link is issued or accessed, to the extent permitted by law. Contact us within 14 days if you were charged twice, the file was not delivered after reasonable troubleshooting, or a file is corrupt or defective and we cannot provide a working replacement. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method; processing times vary. We do not normally refund change-of-mind purchases, failure to review compatibility requirements, or third-party app or account issues when the supplied files work.
Support, third-party purchases, and legal rights
Use the Contact page and include the checkout email and order number, if available. Purchases made through Amazon, Lulu, Patreon, or another platform follow that platform’s delivery and refund rules. Please contact us before starting a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
